district elective commission and make him answer according to the law E. N. Zhabrun, the vice-president of the
Grodno municipal executive committee was included from the regional executive
committee in the Grodno Northern elective commission on constituency #53. E. N. Zhabrun, from my point of view,
creates artificial obstacles on promotion me as the candidate in the deputies
of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the second
convocation. So, on his offer 14.08.2000 the
initiative group on promotion of the candidate in the deputies was refused in
registration to the formal and far-fetched attributes. The decision is
cancelled by the higher commission, but the group has lost 4 days of precious
time on petition. The initiative group was not allowed to
come into a hostel of the Grodno Agricultural Institute (GSACI)for petition.
I personally addressed Zhabrun with the oral complaint to the actions of the
officials GSACI. However E. N. Zhabrun did not accepted any measures on this
question. 30.08.2000 the initiative group on
petition addressed to the Administration of Leninsky district of Grodno with
the request to assure the signatures on subscription sheets. The initiative
group in the next time was refused in this by Pshenichaya, the vice-chairman.
They were sent in the municipal executive committee. In the municipal
executive committee Zhabrun, the vice-chairman and a the member of the
District elective commission #53, sent the initiative group on petition to
support Valery Levonevsky in … the administration of Leninsky district of
Grodno. The circle has become isolated. 4 hours of precious time were lost.
The signatures were not certified. Zhabrun did not accepted any measures on
this question having broken item 5 of article 42 of the Elective Code. 5.09.2000 Zhabrun tried to mislead the
district commission. On the basis of the legally insignificant documents and
own conjectures he offered them to warn V. S. Levonevsky. His offer was not
accepted. All above-mentioned facts testify that
Zhabrun refuses to carry out duties assigned on him by the Elective code,
creates artificial obstacles on promotion of the candidate in the deputies of
the Chamber of the Representatives. I, Valery Stanislavovich Levonevsky,
express mistrust to this member of the district elective commission. On the basis of above-stated I ask: 1)
to withdraw Zhabrun from the district elective commission #53. 2)
to make Zhabrun answer according to the law. 5.09.2000 Valery
