To the Public prosecutor of the Grodno region
THE COMPLAINT on
the illegal actions of the official Sergei Anatolievich Anistchik, the vice-chairman
of the Grodno municipal executive committee, (tel. 47-01-02) completely
ignores the requirements of article 62 of the Constitution of the Republic of
Belarus. 30.08.2000 the initiative group of Marina Levonevskaya was forbidden
to use the legal help. Valery Levonevsky, the representative of Marina
Levonevskaya, was send out of the study of this official. A. S. Anistchik gave reasons for his
action: he said that the appropriate education, presence of the license and
other documents are necessary for the rendering of the legal help. The oral
application of Marina Levonevskaya who was in this study that Valery
Levonevsky is her representative was not enough. I think that these actions of A. S.
Anistchik are the roughest breach of article 62 of the Constitution of RB. On the basis of above-stated I ask: To arrange measures of the reaction of
the public prosecutor which are directed not to let such unlawful actions
happen in further from the part of the workers of the municipal executive
